About the Village Hall

The village hall in Letcombe Regis was opened in October 2016, on the site of the previous hall. The hall is managed by the Letcombe Regis Recreation Ground and Village Hall Trust, a registered charity (no. 1082500), with administrative support provided by the Hall Coordinator. 

The Trust is composed of 9 Trustees. There are 5 Trustees elected from the village who stand for 2 years and 4 Trustees representing organisations from the village: 2 from the Parish Council, 1 from the clubs using the Recreation Ground, and 1 from the Sports Pavilion, who stand for 1 year. Trust meetings are held bi-monthly with dates advertised in the village newsletter and are open to villagers.

Building such a wonderfully light and spacious village hall was made possible through the generous funding from the contributors below, and fundraising and donations from villagers.
